Descarci HldsUpdateTool si il copiezi intr-un folder SERVER
Faci un shortcut executabilului, in acelasi folder (click dreapta -> Create Shortcut)
Click dreapta pe shortcut -> Properties si la Target stergi tot ce este acolo si pui linia de mai jos cu tot cu . la sfarsit
ATENTIE daca nu puneti . la sfarsit serverul se va instala in alta parte unde este default

Dai dublu click pe shortcut si astepti sa se descarce serverul. Daca nu merge din prima, insista.
Dupa ce s-a instalat intri in folderul SERVER (sau cum lai denumit tu)\insurgency\cfg si deschizi server.cfg cu Notepad sau Wordpad. Stergi tot ce e acolo si copiezi urmatoarele:

Instalezi Metamod Source si Sourcemod pentru a putea administra serverul.
La instalarea Metamod dupa ce ai copiat folderul addons in folderul Insurgency intri [Trebuie sa fiti inscris si conectat pentru a vedea acest link] pentru a-ti creea un metamod.vdf care activeaza pluginul.
La Game Folder scrii insurgency dupa care dai Generate metamod.vdf.
Fisierul Metamod.vdf il copiezi in addons.


Pentru a adauga admini intri in addons\sourcemod\configs\admins_simple.ini si adaugi acolo o linie dupa cum sunt exemplele.
Poti adauga adminul pe nume, steam id sau ip.
Pentru adminul pe Steam id intri pe server si dai comanda status in consola. Iti va aparea acolo lista de jucatori, te uiti la numele tau si copiezi id-ul Steam . De exemplu adaugi linia:


"STEAM_0:0:28943755" "z"

In caz ca vrei sa dai doar admine pe imunitate intra [Trebuie sa fiti inscris si conectat pentru a vedea acest link]
Pentru pornirea serveruliui faci un shortcut pe desktop executabilului srcds.exe dai click dreapta pe shortcut -> Properties si la Target stergi tot ce scrie acolo si treci linia de mai jos

Dai dublu click pe shortcut si serverul se va deschide automat intr-o consola cmd.
Serverul il gasesti in joc in lista de Internet sau in cea de Lan, sau te poti conecta pe el cu comanda connect ip:port in consola.
